1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the OPS Framework website at www.opsframework.com, including any content, resources, downloads, coaching services, workshops, or speaking-related materials (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Services.​

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Services.​

OPS Framework (“OPS Framework,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides educational content, coaching, workshops, and speaking services focused on leadership, operations, and business growth.​

3. Use of the Website and Services

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else’s use of the Services.​

  • Results will vary by client; no specific business outcomes, revenue increases, or growth metrics are guaranteed.

You remain solely responsible for decisions you make and actions you take in your business based on insights from the Services.​

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the website and in related materials—including text, graphics, logos, videos, downloads, frameworks (including the OPS Framework), and other resource are owned by or licensed to OPS Framework and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.​

You may:

  • View and download resources for your personal or internal business use only, in accordance with any license or usage terms provided with those resources.​

You may not, without our prior written consent:

  • Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, translate, sell, license, distribute, or create derivative works based on the content or Services.

You may stop using the Services at any time. Any provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification) will continue to apply.​

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Mecklenburg County in North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law principles.​

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved in the courts located in Mecklenburg County in North Carolina, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.​
