How it started

I've been where you are.

I'm Chris Monroe, founder of OPS Framework™, IT leadership coach, speaker, and the architect of systems that help tech teams scale without the burnout.

Before I launched OPS Framework, I spent over a decade leading IT departments and teams transforming them from “worst in the company” to strategic, high-performing powerhouses. I advanced quickly in my career, not because I had all the answers, but because I embraced the intersection of change, motivation, and a growth mindset.

Then in 2019, everything shifted. A serious car accident and my seventh concussion, this forced me to step back and reevaluate everything.
